Core Plus

Core Plus includes over 500 schedules covering 70 equipment types and access to 700 additional Specialist Services Sets, with on-going legislative updates to ensure you remain compliant.

Schedules display how often tasks need to be carried out to avoid over or under maintaining assets and what skill set should be used to perform the work. Core Plus allows you to customise maintenance schedules to your requirements - specify maintenance activities for a building or site, use them to create and respond to tenders, as well as for auditing purposes.

Service Model

In addition to all of the features of Core Plus, Service Model gives you ‘at-a-glance’ colour coding of tasks that shows the distinction between Statutory, Optimal (function critical) and Discretionary tasks even allowing you to add Mandatory tasks ensuring you maintain your assets at the appropriate level whilst remaining compliant.

Service Model also allows you to edit, customise or create your own schedules.

SFG20 Product Extras

As part of your SFG20 subscription, you will receive 2 free credits, which will enable you to download or print a service model. Each PDF booklet download is useful to have in-house for maintenance purposes and can be distributed within your organisation so all colleagues will not need to access the SFG20 schedules. The PDF booklet downloads are useful for any tender process as part of your procurement process. If purchased, you can have up to 10 different booklets of data, which can be for 10 different buildings. A PDF credit pack contains 10 credits, each PDF booklet download and/or print uses one credit. (Please note that PDF credits are not required to print individual schedules). This optional extra is available for Core Plus and Service Model subscribers. SFG20 grants access to one named individual. However, it is often the case that some organisations require more than one user, whether as an administrator or onsite reader. It will enable you to have wider flexibility when managing your maintenance schedule and ensures back up procedures are in place for staff cover. This optional extra allows up to 10 users that will be included in the annual licence fee and is valid for Core Plus and Service Model. 1 - 5 additional users: £2400 6 - 10 additional users: £4100 If you require more than 10 users, then this option can be purchased as a multiple e.g. 30 users would need 3 x 10 addition user optional extras.
PDF booklet downloads are a useful function for in-house maintenance purposes that can be distributed within your organisation. The PDF booklets are also useful for tenders or as part of your procurement process. This option gives you unlimited downloads, enabling you to have a vast range of booklets for different buildings, Service Models and schedules. This option also allows you to integrate your maintenance schedules to your own third party software system, such as CAFM via an XML.
