Summary
Rely on QFM and SFG20’s industry standard maintenance schedules to keep your site and assets compliant. Updated throughout the year, over 1,500 schedules detail step-by-step tasks of what is required to maintain each asset, the frequency with which each must be performed, the engineer’s required skills, and a prioritisation rating to alert FMs if they are legislative, regulatory, industry best-practice or discretionary.
Integration with QFM’s powerful asset and maintenance management tools enables scheduling with ease: pulling through all SFG20 updates automatically so FMs, particularly in highly regulated areas such as healthcare, can be sure they are always following the best guidance and remain compliant with legislation. This not only saves hours of time compared to researching for updates manually, it also empowers the FM teams to conduct maintenance easily and thoroughly using the instructions delivered via the QFM mobile app.
Service Works Global’s (SWG) CAFM, space and building lifecycle management software empowers facilities managers by providing full operational control, enabling compliance with regulations and SLAs, and boosting team productivity. We are proudly certified with ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 27001 for information security management.

- SFG20 reporting will allow you to see clearly where you need to focus efforts to achieve compliance, and it will help you to maintain a golden thread of information about your building.
If you're using a CAFM provider that has already connected via our API then no, your CAFM provider can simply turn on access to the integration on their end using an API key. If your CAFM provider is not yet integrated with SFG20 then all you need to do is request that their developers connect with us. It's quick and easy to do so.
