1.1 This promotion is operated by BESA Publications Limited trading as SFG20 of Old Mansion House, Eamont Bridge, Penrith, Cumbria CA10 2BX, UK (SFG20)
2 How to participate
2.1 In order to enter this promotion, you must:
2.1.1 complete the survey available at this link
2.1.2 enter your Name, company name and phone number.
2.2 Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
2.4 Completed surveys received after the Closing Time will be void and ineligible for entry into the Prize draw.
3 Restrictions
3.1 The Prize draw is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over
3.2 Employees of SFG20 and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
3.3 Employees, agents or suppliers of other BESA Group companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion
3.4 No Prize will be awarded where any entrant has committed any form of misconduct (as determined by SFG20 in its sole discretion).
4 Prizes
4.1 The Prize is 1x (ONE) Apple Watch. The Prize may be subject to the retailer’s own terms & conditions.
4.2 The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and does not include any additional costs and expenses. There is no cash alternative for the Prize.
5 Start Time
This promotion will start on the 22nd September 2022.
6 Closing Time
6.1 The Closing Time for this promotion will at 5pm on the 6th October 2022 when the survey closes.
6.2 Entries received by SFG20 after the Closing Time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
7 Selection of the winner
7.1 One winner will be chosen.
7.2 The winner of the Prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8 Winner Announcement
8.1 SFG20 will notify the winner by email promptly after the Closing time. You must claim the Prize by replying to the email sent to you by SFG20 within 14 days. In your reply, you must tell us your contact details, including your name, telephone number, and postal address.
8.2 Subject to receipt of all information requested in 8.1 above, the winner will receive their Prize by post within 30 days of being notified
8.3 If the selected winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days or is unable to claim the Prize for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited and SFG20 will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the selection process described above (and that winner will also have 14 days to respond to their notification).
9 Publicity and personal information
9.1 SFG20 will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
9.2 The full name of the winner will be published on SFG20 social media after the Closing Time.
9.3 If you do not want your full name to appear on social media, you must notify SFG20 a reasonable period of time before the relevant Closing Time.
10 General
10.1 Use of the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider (Apple). SFG20 has no control over and accepts no legal responsibility to you for any action taken or terms and conditions enforced by such third-party provider in connection with the use of the Prize.

SFG20 has no control over third party websites and accepts no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third-party website does not mean that we endorse that third party's website, products or services. Your use of a third-party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third party site. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit SFG20’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, SFG20 will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to SFG20 or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
10.3 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions.
10.4 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
