Become an SFG20 super-user in 3 easy steps!

About the course

In this training mini-series, our expert training team will deliver everything you need to know to use your SFG20 product smoothly and effectively. Using real life examples and interactive exercises, this programme - delivered in bite sized chunks across three consecutive days - will leave you excited to start your SFG20 journey!

Each session runs for 120 minutes starting at 10am. You’ll get to ‘meet’ other like-minded professionals in our online environment and start to the use the product with expert guidance from our training team.

The Schedule:

Day One – In this first session, you’ll get to know the SFG20 interface, how to navigate and access technical content quickly and gain help and support on using the system. You’ll also be given an overview of the different modules available, leaving you feeling confident about starting to use SFG20. You’ll also find out how to download and utilise your data – you’ll be especially interested in this if you are using a CAFM system!

Day Two – Across this session we will be building a full Service Model. This is the functionality required to allow you to do everything from managing a full property, to facilitating team working and supporting your tender processes. We’ll show you how to present your requirements in a compliant, concise and prioritised fashion, providing guidance on how to create an Asset Profile (which summarises the maintenance frequencies for your selected schedules) and the Scheduler which you can use as part of your maintenance planning. We’ll also include an overview of the SFG20 mobile App, so you can get started straight away!

Day Three – We’ll show you how to quickly and easily find the specialist schedules you need and how to customise them to your own requirements. This session will accelerate your ability to create tailored schedules quickly for use in your own business.

We’ll also offer an open question and answer session – this will allow us to dive into and answer your specific questions. We can’t wait to talk about your unique setup!

Course duration: running Tues to Thurs - this three session course is shared into bite sized chunks starting on the date selected

Can’t make one of the sessions? No problem, each session will be recorded and be available for course attendees as a catch-up.
